The three Yayas Waterfalls are so named from an old legend about three girls or yayas, who used to be seen by early settlers bathing in these waters. The waterfalls rise up to 5, 15, and 25 metres respectively. The thick 100-metre high canopy provides shelter, protecting visitors, and resident amphibians and birds from sunlight. The falls can be reached by bus from El Copé, Coclé Province, central Panama.

Pacifica Falls. A single powerful torrent of water tumbling down into a pool. Located in Cloudbridge Nature Reserve, near San Gerardo de Rivas Village, San José Province, south-central Costa Rica.
San Gerardo de Rivas is a small village high up in the valley of the Talamanca Mountains. The village is located approximately 20 kilometres north-east of San Isidro de El General – the second largest city in the province. The waterfall is situated in a beautiful and remote cloud forest on one of the highest mountains in Central America. 5th April 2016.

Uvita is a beach vacation destination in Puntarenas Province, on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, 11 miles (17 kilometres) south of Dominical. It is the heart of Ballena Marine National Park.

This ziplining tour offers 14 ziplines, nearly 3.2 kilometres (2 miles), that range in distance from 40 meters (131 feet) to 750 meters (2,461 feet), including 4 cables that are longer than 425 meters (1,394 feet). Included in the tour is the superman, tarzan swing, a rappel and a new tunnel cable. 12th April 2016.

Rainbow Waterfall, one of the Viento Fresco Waterfalls (‘fresh wind’ in English). A series of five waterfalls located 7 miles (11 kilometres) from the city of Tilaran. They are roughly halfway between the popular tourist destinations of La Fortuna and Monteverde, Costa Rica.
Rainbow Waterfall is the tallest single drop at 75 metres (247 feet). The water cascades through mid-air in wispy sheets before landing on the rocks below. The mist coming off can sometimes creates a rainbow. 14th April 2016.

Spectacular Pulhapanzak Waterfall surging over cliff, San Buenaventura, Honduras. It’s apparently the largest waterfall in Honduras, dropping approximately 140 feet (45 metres). Rough steps lead down to the bottom of the falls for good views and excellent sound quality of the crashing water. Visitors can also undertake a guided adventure, swimming through the falls to access a hidden cave behind the powerful surging curtains of water. 11th May 2016.
